Ruishuo has in-house tooling capability, linking die design and CAD/CAM simulation with stamping, finishing and final inspection. Factory tooling output exceeds 100 sets per month, and the equipment includes more than 20 precision stamping presses.
For a shielding part, tool quality must be discussed at the relevant feature: an attachment edge, a lid engagement detail, a partition location or an opening. The drawing datums and intended assembly provide the checks for evaluating trial parts.
Build cooperation around an agreed project scope
Projects can begin with common 2D or 3D drawing formats or a physical sample. Before quotation, identify the fixed requirements and the options still open to review. Discuss NDA and information-sharing arrangements before sending confidential design materials.
Samples are charged. Standard samples take 3–5 days, expedited sampling is 48 hours, and tooling with sample production takes 7–10 days within the confirmed plan. These are sample-stage schedules. Volume quantity, inspection, packaging and delivery are reviewed separately.
Management-system certificates and test documentation are displayed according to the supplied files. The actual part parameters, verification work and document deliverables follow the drawing, approved sample and project agreement.
