Build the inspection plan from the assembly requirements
The critical checks on a shield should reflect its assembly: attachment features locating to the PCB, lid engagement, internal space, openings and functional contact regions. Identify the revision, datums, controlled dimensions and acceptance conditions, with separate methods for part measurement and assembled fit.
Ruishuo uses incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection. The material, dimensional, appearance and mating checks required for a project, together with the records to be supplied, are agreed during sample and order confirmation.

Match the method to the item being checked
| Inspection topic | Define in the plan | Scope to make clear |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensions and geometry | Revision, datums, controlled dimensions, tolerances and methods | Free-state measurements and installed condition |
| Appearance and forming | Burrs, deformation, surfaces and acceptance criteria | Functional edges, thin walls and attachment features |
| Material and finish | Material revision, treatment requirements and checks | Document scope matched to the actual material |
| Frame, lid and supporting hardware | Mating PCB or parts, engagement, access and contact locations | Associated parts checked from compatible datums |
| Environment and system performance | Test conditions, method, criteria and applicable configuration | Project-specific validation rather than a universal result |
Specify any particular equipment, third-party report or system validation at the RFQ stage. The drawing and approved sample establish the part requirements; additional testing follows its separately agreed scope.
Supplied management-system and test documents
ISO 9001 concerns quality management and ISO 14001 concerns environmental management. The certificates support a management-system review; they do not replace performance testing of a particular shielding design. RoHS, SVHC, TSCA and California Proposition 65 documentation should be checked against the reported material, items and scope.

Carry sample approval into the production inspection revision
List the requirements
Before sampling, confirm critical dimensions, fit, material and finish requirements, and the inspection records to be supplied.
Record the results
Tie dimensional and assembly feedback to the drawing revision. Identify accepted items and issues needing further work.
Update production inputs
Synchronize the drawing, material, inspection and packaging after changes so each production activity uses the approved version.
Request documents with a defined part and material scope
An RFQ can include management-system documents, material screening reports, dimensional inspection and project testing. Identify the purpose and the item being assessed so the document request can be reviewed accurately.
When data or a particular report has not been supplied, the engineering discussion should define how it will be obtained and assessed. Product photographs and general factory information do not establish a test result.
