Information supplied with an engineering inquiry
The contact form asks for your name, email and project requirements, with optional phone, product, quantity, material, finish and drawing-reference details. These help Ruishuo understand the part, respond to the request and continue the relevant engineering or quotation discussion.
Submitted inquiry information is recorded in the website’s inquiry system and used for internal project follow-up. Email notifications are used by the team to review incoming requests. A submission is not an order or an automatic acceptance of the manufacturing requirements.
Drawings are supplied separately
The form accepts a drawing reference or revision, not a file upload. Send drawings to chinarswj@shieldingcover.com with the same project or part reference. Check the part number, revision and associated files before sending.
Only provide information needed for the current review. For a confidential design, discuss the NDA, information scope and transfer method before supplying proprietary drawings.
Contact details and follow-up
Use accurate contact details so the team can respond to the inquiry. Avoid placing unnecessary personal information in the project description. If supplied details need correcting or you have questions about an inquiry record, contact chinarswj@shieldingcover.com and identify the request.
The public email, telephone and WhatsApp links provide alternative contact channels. When using another service to send files or messages, review the recipient and the service’s handling of that information.
Check the result of your submission
The form displays its submission result. If an error appears or a confirmation is not shown, email the project brief directly rather than assuming it has been received. The team’s engineering review, quotation and any later order confirmation remain separate steps.
